Two specific cleaning products are available, designed for use by sterilisation services.

Klerzyme is an enzymatic cleaner which was specifically developed to eliminate the problem of difficult to remove organic residues on instruments before they are sent for sterilisation. Klerzyme digests the protein residues that ordinary detergents may find difficult to remove. It is particularly suitable for use on difficult to clean orthopaedic instruments and endoscopes.

Klerstain is a stainless steel cleaner that within 20 minutes will restore surgical instruments to their original gleaming finish. Klerstain is a blend of organic acids and surfactants, which will clean stainless steel without the risk of corrosion.
